Terms of Service

The console is operated by PT Triasta Solusi Informatika (“we”, “us”). It is a private tool: an operator signs in, connects their own social accounts, and schedules content to be published to those accounts. There is no public feed, no audience, and nothing on the console is visible to anybody but the operator who signed in.

• Stores the content you create — captions, media files, and the time each post should go out.
• Connects to social platforms you authorise, and publishes to them when a post is due.
• Checks each platform's own limits, media formats and privacy options while you are composing, so a post is not refused after the fact for a reason that was knowable earlier.
• Keeps what the platform said about a post, including its error text and log id, so a failure can be read afterwards rather than guessed at.

• You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for everything done through your session.
• There is no password reset. Recovery means the operator of the deployment resets it directly, so a forgotten password is a recovery cost rather than a lockout.
• Signing out ends the session on the server, not merely in the browser.

Connecting a channel means authorising this console to act on that account through the platform’s own API. By connecting one, you confirm that you own it or are otherwise authorised to publish to it.

• Your use of a connected platform is also governed by that platform's terms, which apply to you independently of these terms.
• You can disconnect a channel at any time. Disconnecting withdraws the console's stored credentials for that channel.
• If you connect an account you are not entitled to use, you are responsible for the consequence, including any action the platform takes against it.

• You keep ownership of everything you upload. We claim no rights in it beyond what is needed to store it and send it to the platforms you chose.
• You are the publisher. Responsibility for what is posted — its accuracy, its legality, and your right to use the images, video, voice and faces in it — rests with you.
• Do not schedule content that is unlawful, that infringes somebody else's rights, or that you do not have permission to publish.

The console can produce a presenter — a face and a voice generated for reuse across posts — and it labels media it generates as AI-generated when it publishes, where the platform supports that label. That label is a minimum, not a substitute for your own judgement: many platforms have their own rules about synthetic media and disclosure, and complying with them is your responsibility.

A publish pass asks a platform to accept a post, and the platform may decline — for its own reasons, on its own schedule. A post may be limited, delayed, rejected, or removed after it appears. When that happens the console records the platform’s own message and log id against the post rather than reporting a bare failure.

So a scheduled time is when the console attempts the post, not a promise about when it will be live. Do not rely on the console for anything where a late or missing post would cause loss.

• No spam, and no attempting to work around a platform's rate limits, caps or review requirements.
• No using the console to publish to accounts you do not control.
• No probing, overloading, or attempting to gain access to parts of the deployment you were not given access to.

We may suspend or end access if the console is used in a way that puts the deployment, or the platforms it connects to, at risk.

This console is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, Meta, Google or any other platform it connects to. Their names and marks belong to them and are used only to describe what the console connects to.

The console is provided as it is, with no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. It can change or stop. We may update these terms, and the date above will say when; continuing to use the console after that means you accept the current version.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit or goodwill, or for the conduct of any platform — including a post being refused, delayed, limited or removed. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may stop at any time by disconnecting your channels and ceasing to use the console; to have your account and its stored credentials deleted, write to the address below.
